  Our stay was excellent. The room was very comfortable and clean. The room decor was very inviting. The staff on the front desk were very nice. A very special thank you to Clara she was extreemly helpful.

  Best Quality Inn I have ever stayed in. Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful, rooms were clean and updated, and the continental breakfast was exceptional. I would stay here over and over again.

  Excellent location, just by the highway. Customer service is wonderful, beds very comfortable and clean. The complimentary breakfast is better than what other hotels serve.

  Breakfast is great, service by personnel is amazing. You ask something, they will assist you. if can't they will find and get back to you. a great experience, I will recommend this place for stay.

  What a great pet-friendly hotel! The bilingual, helpful staff were outstanding. For example, I accidentally broke a doorknob and maintenance had it replaced before I even made it back to my room! The bed was soul-sucking (that means we had a great sleep). The washroom had a large jet tub and beautiful shower. It was just what we needed after a long day of driving. We wish we had more time and energy to take the ferry into Quebec city.
  
  We had my little pup with us. You have to call ahead to let them know about your animal so they can deck the room out for them. There was a dog bed, bowls for food and water, a poop bag, and a little treat waiting for her. The room was so spacious that I could play fetch with my fur friend. It was the best stay she ever had in a hotel.
  
  We want to go back to visit Quebec city and we have already decided to stay here, at the Quality Inn in Lévis, instead of in Old Quebec. I'm going to make it a point to stay here every time I need to stop over. This place deserves all the stars! ☄️
