The Director of Customer Service took the time to meet me and provide me with explanations. We also take the opportunity to discuss the experience experienced when opening an account. I hope that my constructive comments will serve the future clients of the branch.
The service is deplorable. I went to open a business account for the first time, the representative expected me to know exactly what the bank can offer me as a service. When I ask her for the info, she tells me that everything is in the brochure. There was a variety of packages ....
In addition, she was full of errors in the form. After 2 hours, I left empty handed and it was not clear if my accounts would be open or not. So I went to a branch of another institution and I had everything to start my business operations including a business credit card after 2 hours.
In short, unskilled staff, unwelcoming service. Not recommended.
