(March 26, 2019, 8:38 pm)Excellent restaurant. I had the Champlain salad, with Betteraves jaunes confites au yuzu . Every dish was sublime. My husband had the Flétan plate which he absolutely loved but the portion was a little small. The service was exclellent. Thomas did a great job explaining every dish. The only downside was that we waited quite a bit between each service.

(March 19, 2019, 9:08 pm)The food was exquisitely prepared and plated. The taste and quality was outstanding. My only negatives point is that it took a very long time between courses. Maybe it is because every dish is prepared on the spot, but either way I was starving and it was almost a 3 hour sit down. Either way Hays off to the chef's and staff.

(June 27, 2017, 7:03 pm)Wonderful service. the food was amazing. they made an entire 5 course vegan meal for my husband and he loved it. the waitresses were sooo kind and patient with us because of the dietary restrictions and we speak no french. it was wonderful
