Good service, years of experience, fast installation. Maybe too fast.
The brand new toile is crooked (see picture). They seems to want to Finished fast early afternoon. You better be onsite the whole time. They were going to install the filter in the middle of the lawn instead of behind the pool where it would be more discret (still respecting the 1 meter away from fence and pool).
For your info: the plumber comes 24hrs-48hrs after they install the pool.
For a used pool: be onsite for their plumber. I wasn’t there. He install new pipes as agree. But his new connection was leaking! He had to come back to fix the leak and help me with 2 missing pieces: on top of the replacing parts, he charged me 95$ for his 2nd visit!
Bon service, années d'expérience, installation rapide. Peut-être trop rapide.
La nouvelle toile est croche (voir photo). Ils semblent vouloir finir rapidement en début d'après-midi. C’est mieux d'être sur place tout le temps. Ils allaient installer le filtre au milieu de la pelouse au lieu de derrière la piscine où ce serait plus discret (tout en respectant le mètre de distance entre la clôture, le filtre et la piscine).
Pour votre information: le plombier arrive 24h à 48h après l’installation de la piscine.
Pour une piscine usagée: soyez sur place pour leur plombier. Je n’étais pas là. Il a installé un nouveau tuyau comme convenu. Mais sa nouvelle connexion fuyait! Il a dû revenir pour réparer la fuite et m'aider avec 2 pièces manquantes: en plus des pièces de rechange, il m'a facturé 95 $ pour sa deuxième visite.
