J'ai adoré m'entraîner au Crossfit Beast. J'ai bien aimé que les coachs nous fait serrer la main à tous les membres en début de classe. C'est toujours awkward quand tu es nouveau dans un gym, mais pas au Crossfit Beast! :) Ma meilleure amie s'entraîne là depuis plusieurs mois et elle m'a invité pour quelques classes lorsque je suis venue en visite au Québec. Très belle ambiance. Le propriétaire est super sympathique. Il m'a donné un t-shirt pour rapporter en Australie. Très apprécié!!! Merci encore et on se voit l'an prochain xxx
No frills "box", equipped with all the Crossfit equipment one would expect to find. The highly competent and well versed owner works very hard to deliver the best possible workout experience to his friendly and supportive customers.

The owner and staff are extremely competent, passionate and they care a lot.
There is a superb team spirit amongst the people and the ambiance is awesome.
