(May 10, 2021, 2:30 pm)We had our house built with Habitations Clermont in the midst of a pandemic, which means a shortage of materials, delays, etc., in short, one of the worst times and despite this, they carried out our project without clashes and above all, in honoring our contract signed before the price of materials increased (so we didn't have any bad surprises along the way!)
The suppliers to whom they sent us are unparalleled professionalism, they are kind, courteous and know how to meet our needs. We didn't have the impression that we were being sold anything, but rather that we were participating in the development of our project!
In the offices of Habitations Clermont, we feel well taken care of; the staff are extremely welcoming and they respond to our needs, our thousand and one questions without ever making us feel that they are pressed for time (despite being overwhelmed!). Whether by email, phone or in person, the exchanges are very pleasant and we felt like a team with them!
Having a house built is a huge investment in a lifetime and I can confirm that if the opportunity presented itself again, I would do business with Habitations Clermont without hesitation, because they have acquired my trust!
If you do the same, you will have a house built in the rules of the art with quality choices, you will have peace of mind knowing that your contractor is honest and will treat your house as if it were his own and that, it is comforting!
