Although the whole project was strewn with difficulties and unforeseen events; the only good consistency was the care and professionalism of Lyne, Jean-Marc and their team. We appreciated their attention to detail, respect for our environment and for providing us with all the relevant information including memory aids for the maintenance of our system. (August 27, 2021, 1:38 pm)We had a big surprise this spring. We noticed puddles on our land. Our septic tank and purification fields were beginning to end their lives. We called on several companies for advice and quotes.
JM Poirier Excavation are the only ones who responded quickly and took all the time necessary to answer our questions and explain the process to us. At our request, they also provided us with references for other required stakeholders such as an engineer to perform a soil test and plans and advise us which system was best for us considering our needs.
The day of the installation went off without any problems. They were on site at 6:30 am and the work was completed around noon. My wife and I couldn't have asked for better. JM Poirier go above and beyond with unparalleled customer service that you don't see often these days. They also accompanied us with all the necessary paperwork for a tax credit and made sure that we are now well equipped for years to come.
We recommend JM Poirier without any hesitation!
