Amelia Carleton Wedding and Event Planning

Amelia was fantastic as our wedding coordinator. I was truly stress free on the days leading up to the wedding, as Amelia contacted all of our vendors confirmed deliveries and conducted our dress rehearsal. We had a large wedding party, and Amelia did a great job at organizing the ceremony procession, and communicating with everyone. Amelia also provided suggestions and recommendations as she is experienced in wedding planning, however I appreciated that she always put myself and my husband's vision first. If you are looking for a stress free wedding day, I would definetly recommend her!

Amelia is absolutely amazing! She helped make our wedding incredibly special. We booked the month of coordination, and she helped us plan everything. Even when we wanted to change directions and find specific chairs which were practically rented out across the city, she helped track them down! She listened to what our vision was, what the needs were, what the stressors and pressures were, and brought comfort and knowledge. Letting go and trusting someone with one of life's biggest events is hard to do, but she was confident and asked lots of questions to ensure we were all on the same page. Thank you Amelia for all your hard work. It was one hot day, one of the hottest this past summer, and yet she did everything with a smile on her face. Thank you so much for the literal sweat that went into making our wedding the day that we always dreamed of. It was beautiful and perfect. YOU ARE AMAZING!!

Amelia is amazing! I booked Amelia Carleton Wedding & Event Planning for month of/day of coordination and could not be happier with my experience with her. In the meetings with her prior to my wedding she helped me to identify details I hadn’t thought of, which was a huge help to me. On the day of, things ran super smoothly and I was so grateful to have her as a point person throughout the day.
