I would like to point out that this family business offered me excellent service, human, courteous (I had a lot of questions), professional, and very attentive to our needs and our safety. They were respectful, with good (very competitive) prices and a quality that met our requirements. In addition to coming for free to do the quote (submission), they also offered a free visit to verify the installation after 6 months of use. It's better than what I found with most competitors (I had sent 8 tenders.). I dealt directly with the owner (Sylvain Gilbert) who made sure that I was completely satisfied while being very available (return calls / emails). I would not hesitate to do business with him again should the opportunity arise and would highly recommend him.

(May 27, 2020, 12:44 am)He responded to our service request quickly (and in the heat of the heat). He immediately diagnosed the problem and repaired it immediately. He picked himself up and was polite and courteous. Travel and service costs were reasonable. I can't say too much about the cost of the part he replaced, but the total price was within my budget so I was satisfied. I would not hesitate to recall it.
