    Very professional. I had an electric furnace installed. We had some issues getting the heat pump to work with the new furnace. RGCV made sure they fixed it by sending in their crew until the problem was solved. No runaround, always courteous and professional. New furnace works very well. Representative who originally provided the estimate was always available to answer questions.

    I had RGCV install an air-conditioning unit in my home a few years back and received excellent service. From the initial phone call, to delivery and installation and after sale service, I highly recommend RGCV. I have recently moved to another town and will be calling them back once again to install a new unit. Not only did the product help cool down our house tremendously but also saved us money. I have referred RGCV to others in the past and they quickly called and set an appointment. They were extremely satisfied and at the time of their request they were in distress and had dealt with massive flooding issues in their home. They needed repairs and installation therefore RGCV came to their rescue and provided timely, friendly service that will not be forgotten. Thank you for providing a high level service provider!
