I have been going to the clinic for 3 years now and have never had a negative experience. They are always helpful and polite and fit me in as best as they can when I need to see someone urgently. My doctor even met me over her lunch hour once. The after-hours semi-urgent clinic is also a great service they offer and helped me avoid waiting at emergency for hours. I come from out west and always had to make separate appointments for each question I had AND they still ran extremely late. Sometimes at WFMC, I do have to wait a bit longer than some people can tolerate but my doctor NEVER rushes me and lets me ask as many questions as I need. To me, that’s worth the wait. Thank you for your professionalism and compassion!
My doctor is Dr. Menard he is also my daughter’s doctor he is a very nice, understanding and compassionate doctor, the reception staff have always been very courteous to me as well. I had looked for years for a family dr so I am very happy I found one and a good one at that! :)
