  Wonderful experience! We love this place! We've stayed with Dawn and Seb 3 times now. We've made it an annual tradition. Very nice place with an exceptional hostess and host!

  Love this beautiful B&B. It's settled in the lovely town of Wakefield. Walking distance to all the good food and sites.

  Charming B&B in the heart of Wakefield. Dawn is an amazing host that goes the extra mile to make your stay perfect. Breakfast was delicious eggs Benedict with her famous hollandaise and she'll bring it to your room. We love this place! So cozy and welcoming. Thanks for a great birthday celebration Dawn.

  A beautiful B&B! Dawn is six star host! She made reservations for us at a local eatery. She knows everyone in the community. She even got us a bottle of wine for my girlfriends birthday.
  We stayed in the Burnside suite. Private bath with claw foot tub, separate seating area and large bedroom. Very comfy bed.
  Poor shower and poor noise insulation keep this from being a five star. Breakfast was amazing and delivered to our room. The coffee was exceptionally good and local. We will stay again!

  We ended up booking this lovely bed and breakfast last minute for my girlfriend's sister's birthday. It was way beyond what we expected and Dawn the owner was beyond gracious as our host. We were given the two adjoining rooms (Burnside and Black Sheep) and it was clean and very spacious with all the amenities and separate bathrooms. The clawfoot tub was a dream to use. The beds were unbelievably cozy and the bedding top shelf. Even though she lives underneath the lodgings she was adamant we could make as much noise as possible. We were also allowed to use the fire pit at our discretion. As we went out the night before we were hungover the following day and what we woke up to was a delicious home cooked breakfast made by Dawn with the most amazing Hollandaise sauce. If you visit I highly recommend the eggs Benedict. We managed to lose an earring on our way out and Dawn called us within the hour to say she found it and would be sending it by mail the following day. Just simply sweet and amazing. 10/10 would recommend. Amazing place to stay in that beautiful town and right close to all the action. The price is right and the service even better. Cannot wait to go back. Thank you Dawn
