Erica is without a doubt an excellent registered massage therapist and I wish I could be seeing her more often. I have been a regular client of hers for the past 5 years. She is very knowledgeable and attentive to your personal needs and also incorporates reiki, cranial sacral, and cupping if needed to enhance the benefits of the treatments. I see her to treat numerous issues that I have and she is the only therapist who has ever been able to make me feel completely relaxed during treatments. She truly cares for your wellbeing and even takes the time to follow up to see how you are feeling and to give you tips, stretches to do, etc. She is a very sweet person and is overall just simply awesome. Do yourself a favour and go visit her!
Erica is honestly amazing. I've been seeing her for nearly 4 years now. Day one I was very skeptical about if a massage was what I needed to fix my hip and knee pain. She not only listened to my concerns but asked thorough questions about my lifestyle and what changes I was actually willing to make. She's compassionate and so kind. For an RMT, I couldn't have asked for more. She completely changed how I think about the body and has always followed up on changes we made. She even gave suggestions out of going to massages (such as what kind of yoga would help or exercises) to really give a complete solution. She's amazing.
Erica is the best!! Her professionalism mixed with her kind heart makes for a perfect massage. She listens to your needs and offers up exceptional treatment. Whether it's for relaxation or treatment of an injury, her knowledge of the human body is exceptional. I always leave feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.
