La poutine végétarienne est délicieuse.... J'avoue ne pas avoir manger une poutine végé qui se respecte très souvent!!
En effet, l'ingrédient principal d'une poutine (la frite) prends souvent beaucoup trop de place... Chez Pic-Nic, j'ai trouvé le meilleur des 2 mondes.. des frites MAISON (TRES IMPORTANT) et une quantité de légumes plus que suffisantes.
J'ai eu le plaisir de goûter les 2 sauces.. BBQ et Brune... 2 délices.
La sauces bbq, qui est la recette secrète de Madame Pic- Nic offer une saveur bien calibré avec une note de sucré qui ne dérange vraiment pas!! Il faut goûter ça!!
La sauce brune, traditionnelle, délicieuse, onctueuse et épaisse, coule très bien a travers les frites sans pour autant détremper l'ingrédient principal!!
Concernant le Fromage!!! Wow... Ya du fromage pour tout le monde!!! Frais, en grain et du vrai fromage en grain..
Les légumes.. je dois le dire... Encore wow..
Une vrai salade ????????.. une poutine végé qui se respecte dois avoir BEAUCOUP de légumes et il y en a... Piment vert, champi, tomates et oignons vert..le tout dans une quantité parfaitement calibré.
Je vous invite a faire comme moi!! Fin connaisseur de poutine à aller essayer ce repas 100% Québécois!!

(January 17, 2019, 8:39 pm)Stopped on snowmobile trip. Great plain food and friendly place filled with locals. Even though we speak little French, the staff was great. We had cheesburgers wgich hiy the spot!

(May 28, 2018, 5:05 pm)A cosy diner packed with locals at lunch. With my basic French, I ordered the Smoked Meat Maison (sandwich) with chef's salad and coleslaw. It came with a cup of soup to start (I chose cream of broccoli), as well as a dessert (I chose blueberry pie from the several choices) and tea. Really good food and service. Another patron had a medical incident while I was there and staff handled it well while maintaining service to all the other customers. Highly recommend.
