(December 10, 2019, 8:53 pm)I had a cardan installed in late August 2019, 4h after installation I was en route to the dam of Lake Taureau and my gimbal was already rebrisé.
I contacted them for the guarantee with photos in support. Kimpex and Yamaha have honored the warranty.
It's a shame, because they are super helpful!
