The business model is based on fast food but it's often not the case. It saddens me when I'm hoping to zip through the drive-thru in 3 to 5 minutes and then I end up waiting in line that I can't leave for over 20 minutes. You can't even drive over the median to get out and bail on what you thought was going to be quick.
So I generally love the brand and enjoy the good quality food and prices. The drive-thru experience seems to Mark me every time.
