(June 2, 2021, 6:19 pm)3 days ago I was coming from Massachusetts with a load while my DOT hours of service was running out I was seeking safe Haven to park somewhere as I seen this service rest plaza I made the right then turned and my side of my trailer hit bourassa transport tractor right then and there my heart drop me being a new driver and when the professional driver by the name of Richard came out he handled it with so much professionalism not once did he get upset he even calm me down by telling me accidents happen, no excuses , I was clumsy and tired and I don't know what the outcome is going to be with my company I drive for but at least I know that this company hires nothing but the best I recommend anybody to this company for freight , or to drive for , I apologize with all due respect

They are very responsive, and accommodating to our last minute shipments. We communicate with the team in English; they are very professional and friendly.
