(September 3, 2020, 12:23 pm)Being in the process of buying a Condo, Christian guided me very well on the various important points that should not be overlooked when buying a condo. We walked around the building, I was able to ask questions he didn't have to answer, but he answered me honestly. It's reassuring to have an inspector who is also in the construction world, it's not just theory for him because he practices it every day! Christian was very friendly and easy to approach. I recommend it 100%.

(August 17, 2020, 6:29 am)We did business with Mr Roc for the inspection of our new home. He was very thorough and explained everything in detail, the small repairs to be made or advice on the maintenance of the house in the short, medium and long term. Being himself a contractor of new houses, he knows extremely well the way houses are built and can justify / explain choices of structures as well as the materials used. We received his report the next day. The report was well detailed with pictures and very easy to read / understand. I strongly advise. In addition, he has a good sense of humor and is very friendly, a little extra!
