Inspection was very thorough and "Renee" has shown us every critical aspect of house, explained important findings and how to correct them. I would recommend him to friends and family members! Speaks fluently both in English & French.

(April 15, 2021, 6:25 am)We couldn't recommend Kalite (Rene specifically) more. He was prompt, clear, transparent and efficient. We conducted the inspection virtually from Japan and he was more than willing to adjust to this unique environment without issue. Communication in both English and French enhanced the service greatly. His inspection was thorough and honest. Hopefully we don't have to use him anytime soon but if we do we will gladly give him a call.

(March 2, 2021, 4:56 pm)I specifically selected Kalité because it had a five star rating on Google. Now I understand why that is! René was a pleasure to deal with from the first phone call to the receipt of the report. He really takes the time to explain things and genuinely has your best interest at heart. I kept asking if I would need him to come back and look at stuff regularly and he kept insisting I could do it myself and then would show me how. The fact that he takes the approach of teaching you as he inspects, in my opinion, is what separates him from the rest. His report was thorough and delivered quickly. If you need an house inspection, you can stop looking now because René is kalité!
