(February 21, 2017, 9:06 pm)Penningtons in St-Jean was just a pretty okay experience. It was the first time I had ever walked in such a store. We were there to find a bathing suit. The lady said hello at the entrance and informed us of the sales that they were currently offering. Then we were on our own. Never anyone has asked if we needed assistance while trying on the products. We had to run out and pick different sizes and so on. From what I saw of the service the other customers had with the salespeople it was all pretty much the same. Bad enough that my sister and I were joking about how we should get a commission since we did all that work. The dressing rooms are very spacious though, that was a very good thing and we did find what we were looking for, in the end. Not a bad experience... just a bad service!
