They did not heat their Saint-Elzear Ouest apartments till now, October 9. The previous owner was heating on the second of October during the last five years and we are still on the same contract! They should start heating these family based apartments. I think they complicate things to save money.
Edit: I raise my review from 1 to 3 stars because they always respond immediately when I call for a problem in my apartment.
