I am very impressed and extremely satisfied with there service on all aspects especially with service provided by Anthony. He is the most patient and very helpful person and very attentive with all the queries asked and with the whole process, he makes sure to respond immediately when you have any query for sure without any delay.

While everyone I dealt with from the office was respectful, professional and helpful, I dealt mostly with a man named Carl and I have to say the amount of help, clarity and most importantly humility he provided was above and beyond my expectations not just for a car loan service but for any service I’ve ever experienced! Great service, even better guy.

Going into this loan, I knew I would be paying high interest. I knew exactly what I was signing up for. While paying high interest is not fun, sometimes we have no other option. I have a few months left on my loan and have been getting regular updated balance reports. I email every week and they are happy to send it to me. Ive been working with Anthony and I always get a very fast response. He has been answering all my questions and explaining the various options to pay off my loan in full faster. This will be my last month and I am very pleased with the service. If you have no other options, at least this one comes with great service.
