I needed a new holster for my cellphone because the clip broke on the last one I had and they found a other one for me in no time at all. They speak both French and English and they keep a clean store. Social distancing and hand sanitizer, the whole nine yards. They were fast. I like that. Go check it out!

If TELUS' motto/slogan is that they have an exceptional network, well then I must say, Marilou at the TELUS Carrefour Laval store gives an EXCEPTIONAL customer service! Clear, concise, knowledgeable, friendly... I could go on and on. Merci BEAUCOUP encore Marilou pour l'acceuil et magnifique service! AAA+++ !!!
