Sportive Plus

Brought clothes for my girlfriend. They have great selection of sport, outdoor and casual clothing for women. Great selection of Colombia clothes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Very nice experience. Unparalleled customer service. Special mention to the saleswoman Vanessa (I don't remember her name, unfortunately) who received me very well by answering all my questions and explaining in detail the composition of each coat tried on in store.

Edit #2: I want to that JACKIE at the Dix30 store who called me to help clear up the issue. They were able to honour the birthday code misunderstanding. I very much appreciate that someone took the time to call me to help resolve the situation. I am not ammending my review because I got a discount. I'm ammending it because the employees took the time to reach out to me and explain what was going on an offer a solution. It shows that they care about their customers and, honestly, that's what I love about Sportive Plus.

Edit: Thank you for the response. However, I was informed that since my birthday has passed (it was mid January), I can not get a code for this year, because of the new procedure (leaving a review).

I do love the store, the selection and the made in Quebec brands. I do not like a recent policy change concerning the birthday discount. For years, I'd go shopping in January and get my birthday discount. This weekend, I bought a new (full price) top, mentioning to the cashier that January was my birthday month. She informed me that the policy had changed: I needed to enter my birthday myself in my account on their website. We looked together, there was no place to do so. She assured me that I could contact customer service, get my discount (which is now valid for a year and not a month) and get a price adjustment on my purchase. Customer service informed me that to get a discount, I needed to leave a review on an item and I'd get an email on my birthday. I was told too bad that my birthday already passed, I missed my chance for the year.

There was no email regarding this birthday discount code change. The store staff doesn't seem to know what the new policy is. And, having been a customer for years, I'm a little frustrated at missing out on a discount. Plus size clothing is already so expensive, any discount helps.

Thank you Tamy and Maeli for your excellent service and help to select the right coats for me. I will definitely come back!
