The experience of yoga is one thing in itself, but learning to do it consciously, in the right way, and above all understanding why it is a way of taking care of ourselves, it is thanks to Melissa from the Vidya yoga studio that I understood it. She takes yoga practice to a higher level. His concern to take the time to explain to us, to take the time to correct us in order to ensure that we integrate the best practice makes the difference. Thanks to his teaching I learned to listen to my physical limits and learned to adapt my practice while respecting myself. Now after 4 years of practice I can say that Melissa allowed me to find myself. I thank her for her teaching and I hope you all enjoy the experience at Vidya Yoga.

I appreciate his attention to detail and his ability to personalize his lessons to each of his students. Her restorative hatha class is my favorite and I appreciate the balance between postural aspect and deep relaxation in the second part. I come out relaxed but at the same time re-energized. If you are looking for quality yoga teaching, I highly recommend Vidya yoga.
