Today, Anna gave me a shellac manicure. She was quick and efficient, and she did an amazing job. The prices are also great and the salon itself is beautiful. Love it here.

A client, Sharu Mohanarajah, 20 years old, asked her friends and family to give 1 star ratings to destroy the nail salon's reputation through google review after an incident that happened on the 5th of July. NOTE: The friends and family were not present at the time of the events except for the mother and the 12 yo brother.

She came in for a full set of nails showing a picture to the nail tech. After 1h of treatment and being almost done, right before polish, she says she is unsatisfied with the shape of her nails and doesnt want to pay for the treatment she received (40$). She refused any attempts of the nail tech to fix the shape and asked for the nails to be removed. Nearing the closing time it was not possible, so they said that they would cut of the nails. She refused and preferred paying the removal fee (15$). The nail tech refused and the manager asked to take a picture of the client's nails as proof, who refused and tried to leave the store without paying. The manager locked the door and refused to let her leave until she payed. The CLIENT GOT AGRESSIVE and started CURSING AND SCREAMING in front of OTHER CLIENTS. Other nail techs attempted to record the events, but the CLIENT SNATCHED THEIR PHONES and started cursing and screaming at them too.

Police were called twice to resolve the situation and the client left after paying 20$, so half the price of what she actually got.

The nail techs at this store care very much about the quality of the nails and pedicures they deliver. If the nails were truly ugly, the manager would not hesitate to have the clients come back for a FREE REDO. So it's very unfortunate that 1 client made a bunch of people lie about this place and that she is dishonest at such a young age.

Loved my nails, the nude pink with glitter previously done by Rosa and the black tip set by Lan. They made sure every step of the way that i was satisfied ☺️

They do perfect pedicures. Ive tried many places in Laval and so far theyre the best. They clean and shape so well whether its a pedicure, manicure, or fake nails. If you want perfect thin well shaped not bumpy fake nails, you come to this place. Its worth the money.
