She was very available, professional and took the time to explain everything, as it was my first real estate purchase. During the transaction, she gave everyone a copy of what she read and could easily be followed and asked questions. She was making jokes to lighten the mood and made it festive. I made him make my will as well. Having seen the opposite, with the notary of my buyers completely jaded when I finally sold, I can tell you that it is the notary that I will undoubtedly re-hire and that I highly recommend.
