I visited the store a couple of times (lucky enough to find Madrid Mapple collection that I purchased 7 years ago still offered ) to see if I can match a new batch of floor to a 7yo one . Every time the people at FLOR were very kind and helpful. An A+ experience.

(June 7, 2019, 5:53 pm)I didn't expect that a product could look so wonderful and high quality. Flor has a great range of products. You are sure to find something to suit your budget. The entire experience from sales to delivery was incredibly professional. Eric was so knowledgeable and answered all of my questions to the last detail. If I have another floor to do, I will go back!

They gave me a technique of installation to have less waste with the laminate floor I bought.They gain one point over the competition just for this :)!They have a winning formula so far in my belief to gain customers satisfaction :).Keep up the good work guys and thanks again for your service and the experience! I appreciate it :)!
