(May 11, 2018, 1:51 pm)We were very pleased by the service by Nuance Design. We had counters in Dekton installed in our kitchen, and shopped around to find a place with a good price and good reviews. We initially hestitated with this place because the reviews were not very detailed, however we decided to take a chance after visiting the shop in person. The manager helped us in making our decisions with the counters and was responsive by phone. He was open from the outset, telling us the counters would take around 3 weeks to fabricate. So we knew beforehand that it would take time. The person who came to take measurements was polite, so were the installers, and the receptionist on the phone. I can honestly say that they are very helpful - there was a mistake in one of the counter measurements during installation - they immediately took the counter back, no questions asked. Be aware that this company is busy - they obviously have a lot of demand, which is not surprising given their service and price. We love the counters, and would not hesitate to use this company again.

(April 21, 2018, 5:59 pm)Comme nous n'étions pas satisfait de notre première installation de comptoir, le directeur n'a pas hésité à venir constater sur place le problème et nous a promis qu'il ferait tout pour nous donner entière satisfaction ...ce qu'il a fait ! Nuance Design est une compagnie responsable, excellent service après vente ! Merci, après quelques embûches, nous sommes tout à fait satisfait du résultat .
