Good place to go to cut the children's hair. More than 9 years our children go there however I always wondered why do they want us to leave a TIP??? For my son (10 years old) already they are charging $22.50 and on top of that the clerk at the cashier says "do you want to leave a tip"??? Why to give a tip???? Simply say to customer please this is the amount to pay. That's it. You already charge what needs to be charged. No more no less. And not only that, the lady that cut the hair, stays right beside you watching your eyes...wanting a tip. Please!!!?? This type of behaviour needs to be changed beginning from the store or whoever is responsible of the management probably down to cashier and the hair cut ladies, you're not letting your customers comfortable at the end. I'm not sure if this is coming from the store owner or could be that the person is told from the owner to ask for each and every customer the same question and I have no doubt that even the hair cut ladies are being told to stay right beside the customer to make feel ashamed in order to get the tip. When I'm at the store, I can literally hear the cashier asking if to leave a tip or not. One person was so frustrated that she said NO and she paid only the due amount and left. The customers are not obliged to leave a tip but you're making them feel bad by doing so that they leave tip and have no other choice.

After 9 years, this is the last time we're going to bring our childrens in that place. I believe there are other good places where we can go and feel comfortable and not get ashamed when we bring our children to cut their hairs. We're giving 3 stars simply because of that reason.

Other than that, it's a good place.

Easy to book children hair cuts, they're relatively punctual and have fair pricing. They do their best to accommodate children and their fears of haircuts. Little play park to keep them busy while they wait. Solid experience with a friendly staff.

Good place to get hair cut for kids. Hair dresses are friendly , patience and very competent.

My daughter is terrorized of people. The hairdresser was able to cut her hair without her even crying. They do awesome work and give much care to the emotional state of your kids. I will keep going there for next few years for sure.
