As a person that I have not been in a gym since years, I felt anxious that I may not be able to keep up with the workouts. However, the staff and the trainers were really kind and accommodating to adjust the exercises and provide variations so I can still do them, therefore I could still workout at my own level and keep up with the group.
The trainers are knowledgeable, motivating, and really know how to push you to your limits. The workouts are always different, which keeps things interesting, and they're designed to challenge you no matter what your fitness level is.
The studio itself is clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything you need for a great workout. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, and I always feel comfortable asking questions.
One of the things I love most about Studio EPIX Laval is the sense of community. Everyone is so supportive and encouraging, and it's really helped me stay motivated and committed to my fitness goals.
Overall, I highly recommend Studio EPIX Laval to anyone looking for a fun, challenging, and effective group workout. The trainers and staff are top-notch, the facilities are great, and the community is amazing. Give it a try - you won't be disappointed! 😊 -

(August 5, 2019, 4:28 pm)It was my first time today and I loved it. It will help me to get to the next level. The place is impeccably clean, the trainer was really helpful and insightful and the actual work out was a lot of fun. Going back for sure and will make it a weekly habit.
