In his report, he included his recommendations for improving and properly maintaining the electricity and plumbing. And ABOVE ALL, he gives good recommendations to promote the safety of the premises! He went outside with me and gave me his recommendations for the maintenance of the building. He is very polite and professional. Thanks! I recommend 100%!

Being a first buyer and having no knowledge in the field, I learned a lot with Pascal. From the first time we spoke to the end of the inspection, the service was A1! I recommend this inspector with eyes closed and without hesitation!!
