Dear Mr. Braithwaite.
I just wanted to express our appreciation for the great work that Braithwaite has done for us, in helping prepare and review our SR&ED claim, for the last three years. As you know, prior to Braithwaite we were engaged with a Big 4 accounting firm. Unlike the large accounting firm, Braithwaite has provided with an engineer who is both experienced with our technological issues, but also has related well to our senior engineers as well as our technicians and support staff. Braithwaite staff have been better able to see the problems and issues than their predecessor, and have also been able to help us identify claimable projects that we had not considered.
Braithwaite’s staff took only a fraction of the staff time of the predecessor firm, using only dozens of hours of staff time, as opposed to hundreds of hours. Braithwaite focused on keeping the technical interviews, and information gathering, to only what was required for a solid SRED claim, which was appreciated by our staff. It was easier to get employees to cooperate with the SRED claim, because they felt that their time was respected!
We are very pleased with the service we have received. Please pass on my personal thanks to all of the Braithwaite staff who have worked on our claims.
