(December 15, 2022, 1:45 am)December 14, 2022, around 3:15 p.m. I go to Best Buy, Center Laval/Le Corbusier, counter of the “Geek Squad”.
It is Mademoiselle Nahwa who receives me. (In the end, I had to insist that she at least give me her first name; like what, the class…)
I hand him my daughter's Apple laptop; who told me that the machine no longer works.
Nahwa listens to me, takes the machine, and goes to the back section of the department.
She comes back to tell me that everything is working perfectly.
It's just the battery that's kaput.
I can not believe it.
Total honesty!
Especially with these times, when the whole system of services has collapsed, everywhere!!
And wait, it's not over.
I tell Nahwa that I absolutely want to pay something. Because "all work deserves pay".
She says… no!
She refuses !!
So there... hats off...
Really well done.
And this is not the first time that they have served me like this, in the same place.
