(June 10, 2017, 10:19 am)I have had a 12 X 12 Optimum for 3 years. Although a little expensive, the product is still of high quality and represents approximately 35% less than an all-glass solarium. Never sank in 3 years. It is an acceptable alternative to the all-glass solarium. Minor issues of small parts coming loose and minor finish issues on installation. Very very average after-sales service. No response to emails. But all in all, very satisfied with my purchase.
