(March 23, 2022, 7:19 pm)I bought a bidet, Irene Classic 22 months ago. I was very pleased with it until it completely stopped working. I called and talked to a supervisor at Ove. He replaced the toilet seat. It came in 3 business days. Everything is working well again. Thank you!
