He saved me from buying a house with a rotten structure back in 2011 and inspected meticulously my current house and advised me to buy it. I trust his work and knowledge so much that he inspected my parent’s condo prior to buying it, my brother’s house too.
I recommended him for 3 of my friends and they were very impressed by his inspection and his recommendations.
I do recommend Mr St-Aubin for his knowledge, his honesty, his professionalism, his support for his clients. -
