He arrived prepared and equipped, then had taken good care to send me detailed documentation of the operation of the inspection beforehand so that I knew what to expect. He showed great meticulousness and attention to detail throughout the meeting, which lasted approximately 1h30 for a 4 1/2 condo. Knowing that it was my first purchase, he took the opportunity to inform me about the important details to know for the maintenance of my property. Barely 3 days after the inspection, he gave me a detailed and clear report of the elements to monitor in the short, medium and long term. Couldn't have hoped for better service, would recommend without hesitation!
