I called the office with our irrigation problem and the madam who answered asked that I send photos of our system. Upon seeing the photos, they agreed to take us on as a client. We had a foundation problem due to leaking pipes, a clipped electrical wire, poorly located blowout vent, and a list of other issues. The gentleman who came was polite, repaired everything, and taught me many things about my system that I did not know. We aree completely satisfied with the work. I would ignore all the negative reviews out there - they are completely false. You are lucky if this company agrees to take you on as a new client. They are honest and will only accept you as a client if they can help with your system. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

(May 23, 2020, 12:39 am)Had to go in store to get some Rain Bird sprinkler heads and Rain Bird rotary pop-up nozzle. Very good service, lots of great suggestions and attention to details. Staff was amazingly nice and the owner was on the floor helping other customers as well. Small place but they have everything you need and are very big on customer service!!!
