Il a su me présenter plusieurs options tout en ayant le souci de me faire économiser sans sacrifier la qualité pour autant. Vraiment très contente de mes choix et très hâte de débuter mon projet. N'hésitez pas à le consulter, c'est un vrai pro.

(August 3, 2019, 7:47 pm)I've started to reno my bathroom and came across Bain Depot. I liked the selection and the prices. The customer service is pretty good too, which is what I look for. I bought the Ariel floating vanity, shipping was quick. 5 days from Quebec to Calgary. Assembly wasn't that hard to out it together. The basin top was good quality and the high gloss cabinet is good quality, it has the soft close doors so I really like it. I had a reno company install this. The only downfall is the shipping charges, I wish it was a bit cheaper or free over certain dollar spent. The product is pretty expensive, it would have been nice to not have to pay the shipping. Overall I am really happy with my purchase. I would recommend them.

(October 24, 2018, 3:18 pm)Overall I had a pretty good experience at Bain Depot. There are many employees on the floor and they are quick to come and help you. They were polite and joyfull. My biggest complain is that the store do not have a ton of different choices and things are really pricey. It can look overpriced, but the other store offers comparable prices. What make this store a good place is how great the after sell service is. After a year, I had a problem with the shower head tube. Immediately they offered to replace it for free and kept the piece they ordered for me for more than two weeks. I could make this deal with the very first person who responded. No wait, no phone transfer, no "Oh, I don't know, I need my supervisor to check". I recommend this place because they actually CARE about their service and products. I wish I could give this review a 4.5 stars instead.
