(May 3, 2021, 12:54 am)I called Kinefitness because I was as flexible as a crowbar. I pulled from one muscle after another while pursuing my favorite sporting activities. I either had to resolve the issue or begin practicing less physical sports. After Nick, the owner, gave me a series of stretching and strengthening exercises, I quickly began to see the results. And with each new set of exercises, I continued to limber up and my core muscles got stronger. Not only was I able to return to the sports that I love so much, the quality of everyday life improved. Nick did a great job. It turns out that this is one crossbar that can actually stretch.

(April 30, 2021, 3:27 am)Nick is very passionate about what he does. He wants to make sure each and every client of his gives it their all and succeeds. His sessions are challenging yet fun. You feel great once you've completed a session. It's definitely worth it!

(April 29, 2021, 8:33 pm)It has been about 2 years since I have been attending bootcamp. Nick is an amazing trainer. He makes the training fun and makes his clients feel comfortable. He takes the time to listen at his clients and gives what's best for them.
My life changed for the better. I became healthier. He cares so much for his clients. So i thank you Nick for always taking the time to understand your clients and giving what's best for them. -

I'm learning new skills and getting heathy working side by side with Nick. I look forward to his weekly sessions. I highly recommend Nick as a trainer for all ages and skill levels.
