I found that it stood out especially when it came to looking for the house, with the madness of bidding wars, we visited several houses, but each time someone made a better offer than me, despite everyone each time he called me so as not to be discouraged. And this determination paid off on February 9, 2022 we found the perfect house and we managed to win it with a good price, I don't know how, but we won it :)
