(December 13, 2021, 10:27 pm)I realize that if there is a problem, customers are quick to complain. Here was my experience. Last week, I was in Laval, for business purposes for two days. The hotel called a taxi for me and it was The Co-op. I took another four Coop Taxis while in Laval and each car was clean, each driver was polite and each driver took me directly to my destination. I have taken many taxis in different cities and so often, the cars are in rough shape, dirty or I am greeted by indifferent drivers. This was a refreshing change. I have no idea if I benefited from the luck of the draw or if they are a well run company. Regardless, I was pleased.
