(December 30, 2022, 5:51 pm)My experience was good at this store. The saleswoman at the store attended to my questions and gave me her undivided attention when it was my turn. I ended up trying a number of jackets, and retrying again and again until I made up my mind. I was not hassled or pushed for a purchase.
I did read some post regarding the no refund policy (which I was not informed off either, and maybe that is the take away for the store management to display that disclaimer), I just purchased my jacket and have no reason to return it as I was happy with my choice, so I can not relate to this issue. -

(January 25, 2018, 1:30 pm)Good quality and authentic fur jackets. And not just the basic Canada goose or moose knuckle. Very helpful and good service. My girl got a Nicole Benisti jacket last year she look fiiiine in ;) i got myself a jacket this year from them too.
