(May 9, 2023, 12:23 am)Very impressed with this company. I called and got quotes from 4-5 security cameras in the area. This was the only one that pulled up a photo of my house, asked me to walk them through the layout of the rooms and our main use case to find the best solution for us. I had lots of questions and they were all answered with patience and in great detail. The technician who came to install the system in my house was able to make a few minor adjustments to the plan to make sure it was as secure as possible. Other companies asked me 0 questions and just sent me a quote. Pricing was actually slightly less with Doven, and that included equipment, install, and no monthly fee for the first year, as with other companies that I got quotes from.

They were efficient in instillation, with user friendly remote arming technology. The price is right, and seems even more affordable when you realize how responsive their employees are to any questions or system modifications within minutes of a call or text. I was most impressed when they responded rapidly to my silly questions on a Saturday night about battery replacement in motion sensors that were not even installed by their service. Warm and welcoming staff with unbeatable security options - I could not be more pleased!
