When I was 15, I left school, convinced that I had no place there. School had always been a place where I was weird, rejected, bullied, belittled, etc.
And yet, at 19, Multi-Service was there to help give me a second chance. The big family that makes up this school didn't just help me finish my high school diploma at 21. They also taught me that it was "OK" to do it at my own pace and in my own way. The regular school system is not for everyone.
I have always hated schools, and even more secondary schools (I did 7 in total) and yet at the Sainte-Thérèse adult school, I found my place there, friends, experiences healthy social and benchmarks. Without knowing it at the time, I blossomed for the first time in my life. That's why I thank you 5 years later! Eh eh!
My gratitude to you is unconditional.
