From the very first phone call and speaking to my salesman Jean, every question, every inquiry and concern was professionally addressed and completely answered. Jean was so good that I didn’t even have to see a demo, or visit their office/showroom or even ask him to come to my place and sell me the product. Can you imagine buying a structure so big and so expensive unseen and simply just over the phone. That’s how much confidence and trust Jean gave me, thank you Jean. The installation team was on time, fast and clean. Sébastien my installer, along with his team did a phenomenal and meticulous job. There were a few unforeseen hiccups in the project. But the management and team at La Cabanerie never let me down, they assured me and were persistently ahead of the game and took meticulous care and concern in resolving everything. From sales, to production, to delivery/installation and customer service, this business, La Cabanerie are super champions..! For any team to be champions, they need to have the best and most hardworking players, thank you Francis, Guillaume, Jean and Sébastien for realizing my project to perfection. Without a doubt I can refer La Cabanerie, your backyard heroes..!
