(December 18, 2023, 1:49 pm)Mathieu and his team renovated our basement from top to bottom (demolition of approximately 80% of the surface area, insulation of the foundation, repair of the main sewer drain and finishing of the interior) and we are very satisfied of the work carried out. Mathieu gave us a fairly accurate estimate of the costs and duration of the work. He was able to deal with unforeseen events quickly so that there was no significant downtime on the site. He also gave good advice on materials and layout. Communication has always been good. I would not hesitate to do business with MDubé Construction again.

Matthieu and his teams were professional, punctual and friendly. Mathieu was always available to answer our questions and any concerns we had were addressed quickly. Mathieu provided me with a submission immediately after our first meeting, addressed all my questions, and set a date for the work to begin. Both he and his team were on time (a rarity in this business, it seems!) and the work was executed in the time frame that we agreed on - no delays whatsoever. Mathieu is honest, reliable, meticulous and worked collaboratively with me to ensure my needs were met. He and his crew also went out of their way to correct work that was poorly done by a previous contractor. I'm happy to report that my floors and mouldings are now straight, as is the back splash he put up for me! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mathieu to anyone looking for a contractor.
