(June 15, 2022, 1:10 am)This is one of the most beautiful places I’ve visited in Quebec. My girlfriend gave birth here and midwives are extremely professional. They are kind hearted and the birth process is so much more human than at the hospital. I highly recommend maison naissance, and applaud their entire team for the service they provide not just to locals, but to humanity. Thank you so much for all that you guys do, and I hope good fortune comes to maison naissance.

(June 8, 2021, 1:06 pm)I had an absolutely amazing experience with the midwives here! I had a home birth, and was taken great care of!
I met quite a few of the midwives and everyone was kind and friendly.
My midwife, Christine was phenomenal, I ended up with a very quick labour and she kept me calm and focused when I needed it.
The entire team who assisted was marvellous, they cleaned everything up, I had accidentally left a load of clothes in the washer, so they just washed, dried and folded my laundry along side all the sheets, towels and blankets used for my delivery. Other than the new baby, you could barely tell if given birth in my home!
The after care was amazing as well, the midwives came to my home for the first few follow ups instead of having to go to them. Then they continued to see us until the baby was 6 weeks old, which is a lot longer than I got with an OBGYN!
I wish I had all of my babies at home with midwives, it was a much more calm, soothing, personal and intimate experience, without doctors/nurses pushing for epidurals or trying to speed up my already quick labours! -

(December 12, 2020, 1:43 pm)When I found out I was pregnant I first was being seen by an OBGYN. I however was on the waiting list for a midwife. I dreaded every visit I had with the OBGYN. He never asked permission for anything he treated me less than human. I wanted to feel safe and cared for because it was my first pregnancy. I had the chance to have Mongia&Naza for midwives . They were both so wonderful. So accommodating, so understanding, so kind and caring. I tried giving birth naturally but my body was not cooperating . My midwife helped me coped with the pain until she saw that I could not take it anymore and drove me to the hospital for an epidural. She stayed with me until she had to leave for another patient of hers also giving birth. She explained to me everything they were going to do and she even came at the very end when I was pushing . She also came back later that day to help my baby latch. I’m just sooo grateful. Especially in this covid times , I didn’t feel alone , I didn’t feel misunderstood. She advocated for me the whole time she was in the room. Thank you to the whole team at maison du boisé

(August 16, 2017, 12:35 pm)There is no way we can ever thank our midwife enough for the competence, compassion, support, and confidence she gave us through the pregnancy and birth of our baby. We've been completely blessed through this incredible journey. I wish everyone could have the experience we've had. We will never forget how much our midwife, doula and the team at the birthing center did to help bring our child into our lives.
