(November 16, 2023, 2:17 am)I love the concept, complete workouts, and with my atypical schedules I always end up finding classes that can “fit” into my busy schedule! . I have already had private training in another gym and I much prefer the orange theory training, more varied and effective. And the coaches offer good supervision despite group training.
